A beautifully simple workflow
The homologous ends between insert(s) and vector are designed into your primers, and the two are annealed during the In-Fusion Cloning reaction. Because there is no need to digest the insert(s) prior to incubation with the vector, the In-Fusion Cloning workflow is significantly shorter than that of traditional cloning by restriction enzymes. This technology does not require a ligation step either, saving even more time and getting you to the transformation step sooner. With empty vector background levels approaching zero, you can pick just a few colonies and be confident that you have the right clone. Cloning shouldn’t be work; it should just work!
